The Australian Bush Poets Association's (ABPA) objectives are to foster and encourage the growth of Bush Poetry; therefore, the ABPA provides a forum for all users who are interested in bush poetry. The definition of bush poetry is - Australian Bush Poetry is metred and rhymed poetry about Australia, Australians and/or the Australian way of life. Anyone with a interest in bush poetry is welcome to register in this forum but must abide by the terms of this agreement.
The ABPA has members of all ages including children who use the forum, consequently all users MUST agree to abide by the following agreement.
While the administrators and moderators of the Australian Bush Poets Association Forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws or any material that the ABPA committee or the forum's administrators and moderators deem unacceptable. An example of one of guidelines used for material to be deemed unacceptable for this forum is, anything that a school teacher would not write on a class whiteboard. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). You agree not to inappropriately hijack threads of topics and post your material in the appropriate sections of the forum. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
The posting of any advertising (which may be deemed to promote commercial sites or for self promotion) is considered to be a misuse of this forum. To advertise bush poetry related material on the ABPA website contact the webmaster or the Magazine editor. The posting of external links, large images or an excessive number of small images is deemed to be inappropriate for this forum. You agree that you understand and accept that the ABPA has the absolute right to suspend or cancel your forum account at any time.
You agree that you are the copyright owner of all materials including images posted or linked to this forum or that the materials will be accompanied by a referenced copyright authorisation.
As a use you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database.
