Homework Week Ending 24/10 MARTYS HORSE

Post by mummsie » Tue Oct 18, 2011 1:34 pm

Now I have some info, thanks Marty!

MARTYS HORSE

For the small cost of some worming paste,
he bought him home that day.
A trotter with a great big step,
a goofball some would say.
His owner, Marty Boyce, is chuffed,
he's real pleased with his find.
At carriage pulling he's the best,
he leaves the rest behind.

His name is Cashi Rhi, it is,
he's Kiwi born and bred.
He's won some money in his day,
enough to keep him fed.
No obstacle he can't get round,
a champion on the course.
With three white socks and long white blaze,
a fine bred chestnut horse.

Sue

So bloody quick did not even get a chance to read the first stuff up.

Marty correcting typo's would be like me not drinking rum, which reminds me I'm getting a bit short on supplies.

Good poem and well done Susie.

You would do well with personalised poetry for birthdays ect as you can folow the theme very well.

Cheers Bob

Thanks Bobbo. I was stuck with this one till Marty shared his story, then I had a bit of insight to work with.

Cheers

Well that's it I know when I'm not wanted, so I'm going now and don't try to stop me.

I will not stay around and be insulted so I'm gonna SOD OFF and do a show and if you are all lucky I might come back later.

Cheers See Ya

Bob
