HOMEWORK PROMPTS FOR WEEK ENDING 5TH OCTOBER 2020

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Mon Sep 14, 2020 2:41 pm

Great to see such a good response to the last set of conjoined prompts and as always some IMO very very good poems which I could well imagine taking out some prizes if entered into comps. Since you all seemed to enjoy that exercise I am going to do it again for you with some lovely old photos I have had stashed away for a while.

Make use of just the photo - or combine it with some of the written prompts as well ... I can hardly wait to see what you all come up with this time. Such a talented mob you are.

Here you go, try these on for size ....

Soldiers settlement blocks were granted

Wollybutt and Ironbark

when Cobb and Co were king

a harsh and barren landscape

On this day

sixteen lives lost

Away you go and work your magic.

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.
