G'day Dave
I would suggest that you send a PM to Duncan Williams regarding Gertrude's poem - he knew her quite well, both of them are from Tamworth.
Merv Webster (aka "thestoryteller" on here) mentioned that he knows Chris Long, so you could send him a PM too and he might be able to help you out there.

If it's the same Chris Long from Edmonton (just south of Cairns)?
I know him.

G/Day Marty I think it is, I would like to contact him.
What do the Kids think of the poem and do they have any lines to add?

Morning Mr Smith,
I spoke to Chris this morning and he said "go for it, mate".
I've sent his email via pm so you can contact him directly if you wish. Along with the kid's caveats regarding their collaboration with yerself
Cheers, Marty
