G/Day Manfred, some long time ago you told me you had a dunny out the back and could I come over and turn it ito a Granny Flat. Well it has taken some time but I have finaly finished the plan, this is an exploded view.

The design will fit in existing building with minor modification.

or two bottles of Smirnoff vodka.

If you thought outside the square a little more you could also incorporate above the water storage unit a hand basin - multi use, which would recycle the water into the water storage unit and then recycle it into the flush mode. Said Dunny then also becomes eco friendly. I like the design Dave...do you have colour schemes selected????
