Nicknames, hey Bob? Hmmm, let me see ... Kymbo, Kymmie, Kiminy, oh and years ago there were disposable nappies called Kimbies! But at home, the family just call me Chubba Mumma!
As for my "Grandma" name, I thought I could be Mimmy, cos that's what my nephew, who can't say Kymmy, calls me. I tell my grandson Noah (20 months old) "Say Mimmy", and he says "Pa". He thinks Pa is just the bees knees. So I say, "NO, say Mimmy" and Noah runs away giggling, "Pa, Pa, Pa!" Little rat.
Today, I found him holding the empty potato container, and he looked at me with those big blue eyes and said "uh-oh". I asked him where the potatoes were, and he stuck his hand through a hole in the screen door and said "out". I looked outside, and there's my potatoes being chewed on by four little doggies! The little munchkin poked them through the screen!
But what were we talking about??? Oh yeah, nicknames! Sorry, got distracted momentarily ...
I know what nickname Wayne calls Zondrae to stir her up, but I wouldn't dare tell anyone. My lips are zipped!
