We've all got to eat Neville and most of us don't have market gardens. Then there are those who want the annual overseas holidays, the flashy cars, the supersized houses - someone's got to pay!

That's the " red herring' argument , the Economy is not driven by what we need but by where the marketeers can con people into spending , whether we get anything useful or worthwhile for our money is immaterial to the Economy.
