Maureen's word

Maureen, I was watching an episode of " One Foot in the Grave " in which the British actor Janine Duvitski used the phrase " go completely doolally " .
I found out that doolally comes from British Army slang meaning temporararily insane, its origin is the name of a town in India ,Deolali.
I'm waiting so I can playfully say to my wife " what a lovely day today, and here's you, all bright and doolally "
