Just heard from my daughter that my son has announced his engagement on Facebook. Seems facebook comes before family these days. Funny how they do things now isn't it?

All I know is that his sister is really annoyed because she wasn't told first!

Well, it turns out that a "friend" was told (in confidence I presume) and the "friend" has announced to the world via Facebook! The happy couple are not at all impressed. So, yes, there is going to be a baby and a wedding - not sure which order that will be in yet! All very low key though.
