G’Australia Day Everybody
My cousin sent me a book of poems from Sanquhar in Scotland; I don’t think I will whinge too much from now on about writing bush poetry. Have a go at this.

What I was trying to say is... Don't you know a Scott when you hear (read) one.
So, Dave, did you send him a copy of 'Songs of a Sentimental Bloke', CJ Dennis?

Dave, have you read any of Robbie Burns stuff, it's not much better.

We have a comprehensive book of Burns with all the translations in the very wide margin, but it’s still hard going.
Give me “Mulga Bills Bicycle” any day.
