Re: Bundy
I'm going to Bundy, whether the Boss will let me have time off or not. He knows better than to get in my way when it's the Bundy weekend. You're going this year Bob? Great! HEATHER'S GOING TOO????? FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC!!! That's very exciting. Gotta warn ya's though ... that Keats fellow caused a lot of confusion last year, although he's come clean now, so we don't have to worry about what kind of deviat he is/was anymore (me and IRene were a bit concerned there for a while).

Re: Bundy
Yes, yes, yes ... what a great idea Heather. If you fly into Rocky on Wednesday 6th, you can stay at my place and we can drive down to Bundy on Thursday 7th! Excellent idea! Now, can we convince Maureen and Leonie to come up to Bundy??? I think they'd only be about four hours away?

Re: Bundy
Plenty of beds at my place and the Billy is always on. Room in the yard for a campa van and Mates are always welcomed.
Another plus my roof appears NOW not to be leaking...it is pouring here and so far so good
Oh that sounds good and it would no doubt be a rippa weekend but leaving my girls for a weekend especially Mahalia is not an option at the moment - although come July ???? She is not doing too good

Re: Bundy
Sorry Dave, but your camper and your brother's van just wouldn't fit on our little carved out patch on a steep hill! You'd be parked on a 45 degree angle and if your park brake failed, you'd roll down the hill into the dam! We had an incident a while ago when someone (not me thank goodness) left the park brake off on the forklift and it went rumbling off down the hill, rolled on a log and got airborne, jumped across the gully and up the other side, then rolled back down and lodged in the bottom of the gully. We had to drag it out with a tractor cos it was too steep to drive it back up! (Yes, it was still driveable, amazingly). If you park in the driveway, you'd be looking straight into my bedroom or the teenage daughters' bedrooms, which I'm sure you don't want to do, and we can only just fit a couple cars in the driveway anyway and they have to shuffle around to let each other out. There's only one of Heather so I can fit her in the house. Please don't be mad at me ...

Re: Bundy
Oh Maureen, your Mahalia is crook? That's no good. Is she sick or just getting on in years? We have an old dog here, used to be a wonderful little mouser, but I think she's getting a bit senile now. Sometimes at night she must dream she's digging for mice in the irrigation paddock, cos she goes scratch-scratch-scratch-scratch-scratch-scratch inside her little plastic dog house and drives us crazy. I go outside to see what's wrong and she just blinks and looks around like she doesn't know where she is. Poor little thing ...
