I was reading some old mags in our book store today and found an article that explains the danger of excessive drinking such as memory loss weight gain and heart problems.

This information has made me have a rethink.

I have therefore made a big decision Ta Da ! I am going to quit, yes that's right as of right now I'm going cold turkey.


For those who think that I can no do it just you watch.

I really do not think that it will be that hard

I really did not like Reading that much anyway.
