ABPA - Australian Bush Poets Association

Maggie and I were thrilled with our launch of "The Two Bees" (songs and poems of C. J. Dennis) at the East Ringwood Community Centre last Saturday afternoon. It was the fourth and final launch of the CD after the launches at Toolangi, Newstead, and Canberra (National Folk Festival at Easter), and the only one to be held in Melbourne.

Thank you to all who made the effort to attend - some from quite long distances. We really appreciate it. Thank you also to Maree Buttler and Trevor Voake for providing musical assistance, and to Hilary Jellett for these photos.

Congratulations Stephen and Maggie - and good on you for bringing these lesser known Dennis works into such an appealing spotlight. Your CD is a constant delight
