Oh you get used to them Neville they are a fact of life out there.  Whenever I cooked roo meat for the dogs on the stove the kitchen would be swarming with the buggers despite the screens.  Used to regularly spray all the window and door frames with surface spray - that used to keep a modicum of order..  Don't think I ever cooked any though
