Then you simply tell the reader, ignore all the 'nospace' and 'dot' then contract the line, plus change the 'at' to '@' so that it looks like any other email address. Simple? no, then write it down and hand it to your friends.
Make sure your firewall is on and invest in anti virus softwear.
OR get a MAC. there don't seem to be too many viruses or other problems with Mac's.
