I noted that the Kangaroo valley festival that Greg sent out has the rule that if you can not attend the final you are excluded.

A funny rule to have especially if you want to get entries from afar. I asked the question but got a pretty bland answer back to say that if they ever never got enough entries they might change the rule. Go Figure ???

Yeah I noticed that rule too, interesting. Obviously they aren't all that concerned with getting entries from afar from what they said to you. They must have a lot of poets keen to 'hop to it' around Kangaroo Valley.
