Goodonya Ross! I must of forgot a couple of bits, We never go to the sticks with out two weeks extra tucker n stuff always bags and bags of water and a couple of weeks up our sleeve,
and it always seems to be me that has to do running around and the towing, mostly our trips are trouble free but we will remember this one for a while I guess.

Irene not to worry I will be at Cervantes even if I have to fly home.

G/day Dave & Elaine,
Seems to be the year for mechanical hiccups, as you know I do a lot of bush bashing and rarely have much trouble, but lost a wheel on the old van through carelessness on my last trip away, and Valma was with me this time as well.
Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip and that the troubles are now behind you mate.
See you at Cervantes, Brian Langley and Barry Higgins will be there as well which should spice up the breakfast no end; not sure if people will be camping, or for how long they're staying, they may just pop up for the morning.

Cheers Terry

Well we are home, what a trip but it all worked out good in the end, we stayed a couple days in Kalgoorlie with family and the headed back to Collie, been here four or five days cleaning and pack away and repacking for Cervantes and Irene, it seems we left it to late to get a spot in the caravan park so Elaine and I along with Terry and Valma Piggott will be descending on Irene. Thanks Irene.

We had so much red dust and dirt the council asked us to wash all the cars and gear on the footy oval so as to top dress it and after the third shower my hair is now silver again and my beaut sun tan is gone.
The camp trailer worked out good but I gotta tell ya nothing can compete with ya own bed.

Ross the problem with Russell’s cruiser was the glow plug timer had shorted and was on all the time, hence burnt out glow plugs, we unhooked the cable bound it with tape and no more bother.

A couple more photos.
