Sweet Things

I've been a bit put out you know , tired and feeling really low
my energy is just so slow.
The doctor's say I'm fine.
One say's my sugars rather high the other said to ask him why ?
It's enough to make a grown man cry.
but I don't want to whine.

I chucked the sugar out the door I just won't use it anymore
my sweet tooth now is really sore.
I'll just use Equal in my tea.
I was going along really great, checking all the things I ate
although some veges I do hate.
I got back to the old me.

Then someone sent this e mail through it was news to me I'm telling you
It came right clear out of the blue.
Aspartame is worse !
I flushed the tablets down the drain the stress is driving me insane
it's muddled up my poor old brain.
I've even booked the herse !

So I now just sit in utter shock I feel like such a bloody crock
I'll have to take a big restock.
Of what is good to eat.
M'cains red meals have lower fat so I'm quite ok with that
And the best news is now hold your hat !
Rum and cola can't be beat.

and when you're craving something sweet
then Stevia is hard to beat
it's manufactured from a plant
better than nothing when you can't
sit down and eat a choccie feast
Mars bars and Tim Tams ain't the least
that call no matter where you are
Try a Latte with Stevia.

It's a bitch Bob - I too have tried/am trying to cut out the sugar - but I seem to now how replaced it with regular quaffs of Chardi so not sure my theory is working :?

Don't give in - stay strong - or try sucking on those little TicTac mints

Comes powdered in little sachets, much better than the tablet form
