Rescuing matt??

It's an old one, so make allowances....
Hail Mathematics!! (Yr off the hook matt me lovely, when they start chewing on this bone...
) ...hopefully.......

Einstein had a theory, he said E is MC squared,
no sooner had he said so than the scientists prepared
with pad and pencil handy, and amongst them all discussed,
if this was so, & so it seemed, their theories they’d adjust.
Now I’m not one to scoff at science, it gave me ‘lectric light,
which helps me quite considerably while scratching in the night
on crumpled bits of paper, words to stir the cynic’s soul,
(a quest of equal genius to science as a whole.)
But Darwin quite offends me when he says that we were apes,
I worry that my bowl of pears, tomorrow will be grapes;
or my humble little Mini in the garage overnight,
could be a horse and carriage in the early morning light!
It seems to me a quandary, Einstein didn’t contemplate,
the theory in reverse could offer answers to equate
the sufferings of life, with full reversal of our thoughts,
would charge us in complete control of each desire sought.
How so? you say, and so do I, please give me just a minute,
to figure out this theory and the algebra within it.
Now dot dot dash and double D, divided twice and add it,
equals diddle dum de do, By George! I think I have it!
Energy is “E” and “M” is mass, well that’s the theory,
and “C” ‘ s the speed of light, I’m told in answer to my query;
multiply the mass, (by speed of light, but firstly squared),
and BOOM! up pops pure energy—Relativity declared!
It follows then that energy is mass vibrating highly,
and now I’ll introduce to you a thought so ever wryly.
Our thoughts are proved as energy, so now think unimpaired,
DIVIDE old “E” for energy, by speed of light (first squared).
Mathematics tells me what results is mass (or matter)
and you may scratch your head and think I’m crazy as a hatter,
but if you slow your thoughts, ( and that means energy reduced),
your thoughts will manifest ; your life’s events all self induced!
At first you’ll feel euphoric at the power that you’ve found,
but then, oh what a challenge as your “victim” theories bound
around in grand objection, “What? I’ve caused all this myself?
My house burned down, I lost my job, and what about my health?”
Glad to say, “Exactly right!”, despite the grim appearance,
and ain’t it grand to know that if you seek with perseverance,
all these things so horrible, you’ll find you can reverse,
and better still control in future, simply lift the curse
of feeling down and powerless within a world gone mad,
understand the Universal Power to be had,
so strong a creativity, instilled in every soul,
can mould a greater future. Behold! a world that’s whole.
