It's only right to demand an explanation.
There are those who tell us what it's all about;
How do they know,
Have they been there,
Did they shine a light in the darkness
Where we stumble.
Those with the glib answers
Know nothing.

I want to cry. There is such a sense of longing, of restlessness and of questions without answers in this poem.

Heather.

Hi Matt

I think that most of us have something like that tucked away and hidden in the memory banks that's still too raw to even contemplate sharing.

We just can't express ourselves as eloquently as you have here.

Yelling your insides out at the sun . . . must be a wide open road ;)

As always, well put Matt,

Cheers,
Marty

I agree Marty,
It's always a pleasure to read one of Matt's

sometimes it's even better the second time you read it.
