No One's Perfect

It has been five years since I lost the wonderful lady who in the main introduced me to poetry. So I thought I would share one of her poems with everyone.

Margaret ( Pat ) Patricia Little ( nee Pacey )

My Dads Younger sister.

No One’s Perfect

I must not judge my fellow man
For I’ve not worn his shoes.
So how do I know what he’s lost
Or, what I’ve yet to lose.

For some of us the trials of life
Can be too hard to bear.
And maybe when he needed friends
He found they were not there.

Though maybe now he’s down and out
I’m sure there was a day,
When he was young and full of hope
Before his skies turned grey.

There’s no one perfect, and mistakes
Are made by everyone.
And can’t we all recall some deeds
We wish we had not done ?

When Jesus walked upon this earth
He passed by many winners.
To comfort in his loving arms
The losers and the sinners.

Pat Little ( nee Pacey ) (C)

That's a neat little reminder to see things in perspective.

That's a delightful poem Bob, and a wonderful insight to someone who was clearly a very special lady.
