Hi Marty
I like this - the stabilizing balance of community elders is what is missing I think here in the city and a lot of the the kids to a degree are leading what appear to be aimless lives with no real direction - they don't seem to be a good fit in either white or black communities which is sad.

What was the motovation for this one Marty ?
Seems an odd topic to pursue and I found whilst it reads well it was hard to grasp the meaning. Well for me it was anyway. Perhaps I'm missing something.
