Age is an awful thing that creeps up on you robbing you of so many things that you have always just taken for granted - memory being one of them. Hence these are late.

So perhaps the prompts for this fortnight could be age related – let’s see what path these might lead you down.

Blurred vision
Palpitations
What am I here for?
Who am I?
Do you come here often?
I forget

Now your poem of course does not have to relate to aging at all - you can weave these prompts into whatever you please. Use one or use all or as is often the case use none at all
But do try to remember not to forget to do something.
