Homework Why ?

Post by Bob Pacey » Sun Nov 10, 2013 11:05 am

Why ?

The jungle track is strewn with dead
bloodied rivers running red.
A snipers bullet through his head
another brave soul lying dead.

Did he have to die you say
is there not a better way?
Sons and daughters blown away
it's a piper all must pay.

The purpose in life is to have fun.
After you grasp that everything else seems insignificant !!!

Thanks Marty could not let a lot of prompts go by without contributing something.

Good on you Bob - short and to the point - it says it all - sometimes that is what is needed to get the message across although the message of wars futility never seems to get across at all.
