w/e 22 September. Apologies Dorothea Mckellar

MY COUNTRY GIRL

I love an ample figure, a lass that entertains
with prominent good features,( I mean of course, her brains )
I love her smooth horizons, I love her dimpled knees.
This beauty; she's a terror! The wide strong girl for me.

And more please go on if ya game.

The stark white unblemished features
so tragically I swoon.

I agree, give us more - surely there's room to move after the "dimpled knees"

Well Heather, the writer and the "speaker" are not necessarily the same person. :)

Thanks Bob, Marty. I'll leave it at that. ;)

Good one Terry - I agree with the rest of the comments - it begs another verse or two (if you're game)

Yeah come on Neville so much more you can say ? what trouble could you get into anyway. ;) ;) ;) ;)

The stark white unblemished features
so tragically I swoon.
The tattoo that slowly appears
each time you flash the moon.

I'd better leave it Bob, you're getting too excited, overwrought.
