Homework promps for week ending 3rd November 2014

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Tue Oct 21, 2014 4:50 pm

Here we are again - trying to goad you, prompt you or nudge you into putting pen to paper and letting yourr inner muse out.

I realize we all get busy at times and sometimes we just can't be bothered writing or think we have nothing to offer but like many things writing is a habit - and not a bad one - so lets see if we can generate some interest with these.

Things your Mother told you -

Wash your hands Geoffrey - with the Solvol Geoffrey

Never worry worry until worry worries you.

These things are sent to try us.

To the home of a friend the way is never long.

If the wind changes you'll get stuck like that. :?

The longest night has a morning.

OK lets see where you can go with those - feel free to use things your Father told you if you' d rather

Always look a person in the eye when you talk to them.

Give a firm handshake

Don’t change yourself just to make someone happy.

A job worth doing is worth doing well

Measure twice - cut once

Never give less than 100% - to anything

Thanks to those who had a go at last weeks prompts - sorry it didn't appeal to more but perhaps the ones here will ge t thos creative juiced pumping :D

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.
