HOMEWORK PROMPTS FOR WEEK ENDING 27TH JULY

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Tue Jul 14, 2015 5:21 pm

Hope everyone is surviving this cold spell that is hitting most of Australia - don't forget if you have elderly neighbours to just keep an eye out for them. Frost can make pathways and stairs very slippery and accidents happen so quickly. It only takes a few minutes out of your day to make sure that a light goes on at night, or to duck over and physically check that all is well and don't forget that your pets feel the cold as well - make sure they have warm coats and warm places to sleep.

Some great responses to the last set of prompts - every one did very well. Let us see what you can do with these - oh maybe not - lets use these ones instead.

wicked horns

riotous ringers

lolling tongues

raging wall

torture and sadness

final moments

I am giving the You did good homework poetry award to Trisha this week - because the big words she used in her poem amazed Robere so much he was going to look them up in his dictionary
