Homework prompts Dreaming.

Post by Bob Pacey » Wed Jun 19, 2013 9:02 am

I sat upon the bank so bare gazing at the misty air.
I watched in wonder at the scene then sympathised what might have been.
Hanging by the thread at end of day the wisps of fog just fade away.
to be replaced by air so dry as flitting fireflies reach for the sky.

The dark consumes quickly the day the night sky stars a bright array
of glistening orbs and planets beams it's complicating counting dreams.
the night rolls on with stillness deep and creatures of the daylight sleep
at the midnight hour if you listen carefully you might find peace blissfully.

You got all the phrases in, Bob :)

I couldn't manage that.

Thanks Maureen and Nev, as you know I do not do a lot of the prompts but it made me think a bit which is a worry .
