Tom & Dot Com.

My search engine is missing said Dorothy Com,
Who was known to her friends as Dot,
She lived in Spaghetti Junction with husband Tom,
A cyber world being their lot,
But Tom and Dot Com were a bit long in the tooth
And having a slow connection,
They couldn’t move quick when a mouse in the house, oh strewth!
Interrupted! their affection,
Tom gave the mouse a whack with a bloody big stick
Which totally disintegrated!
But then realised his ‘puter, it just would not click,
And left him ‘very deflated’!
It seemed their ‘puters were going up in the cloud
Of smoke, that comes with them crashin’!
So with an amorous ‘real deal’ Tom and Dot avowed,
Never more, to have …virtual passion!
