HOMEWORK PROMPTS FOR WEEK ENDING 15/2/16

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Mon Feb 01, 2016 10:45 pm

Weddings seemed to feature in last weeks poems written from the prompts, although coming from different angles. Well done everyone who participated - your poetic muses were certainly working hard.

There are a few extra prompts this week - as always use one or use them all - but have a go - Haiku if you wish or how about a Haibun or even some prose poetry. Whatever rows your boat ....here are the paddles

Condemned to lifelong regret.

No Love No Life

Now that is tragic

Sad, so very sad.

No money, no honey

and then she died

We couldn't save her

I followed the crowd.

Chainsaw Hedgetrimming; blind pedestrian

Rock rocked, music died.

they thought it poetry

Go to it possums ;)

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.
