Query re this segment
Hi everyone - I wont bore you all with the details - some of you do know that my move beggared belief in the number of disasters and stuff ups that happened. The worst sale of a property I have ever made and I have made plenty. After close to 6 weeks with no computer or phone I am finally up and running again.
My query is ..... Do the members and committee of APBA wish me to continue this segment or do you think it has perhaps reached its use by date?
I am happy to continue on with it but it is up to you mob out there?

Re: Query re this segment
Maureen,
The pace of my life doesn't see me getting around to participating in your writing workshops. However, I think they are a valuable ABPA offering especially for the up and coming writers. Shelley and I have been promoting the Forum, and in particular your workshops, on Facebook and would like to continue to do so. In addition, I promote them through any outlets I reach to e.g. at the festivals, last week at the Townsville Bush Poetry Mates, when I go out west, to people who enquire about the ABPA at caravan parks, etc. etc.
It is certainly a great gift that you give to all who take up on the opportunity. It would be very sad to see the workshops discontinued. It is really up to us all to support you more in your endeavour, after all, it is the participants who benefit the most.
Thank you Maureen
BJ

Re: Query re this segment
Hi Maureen
Yes! Yes! Yes! Where else am I going to get my ideas that go on to become prize-winning poems??
Seriously, if you can see your way clear to continue with our prompts, we would really appreciate it. You may not have quantities of participants at the moment, but those of us who are involved really look forward to the fortnightly exercise. You have a knack of coming up with quirky and challenging words and phrases that really give the little grey cells a good workout!!
Welcome back! We've missed you.
Cheers
Shelley
