Please heed a poet’s sound advice
Don’t be humdrum get lots of spice

Go battle on without surcease
Like batters battle at the crease.

Don’t guzzle at the bar each night
Until your head’s a frightful sight.

Your self respect expended quick
Those painted ladies make you sick.

You’ll hold no dreams of fortunes vast
All money gone on booze ups past.

Old ways of life are nearly gone
It’s time to knock me on the scone

Less is more or so some say, and seems that you endorse it.
If words are slow coming your way then best say less, don't force it.
You filled the brief, made use of prompts, fulfilled the obligation
to get it done by the due date - I give my approbation.
