Editing an Avatar

Post by Brenda Joy » Fri May 10, 2013 2:40 pm

Blonde needs help! Don't get excited it's only my avatar. I cut the photo out that was in it and then went to submit a replacement but instead I am now a very greying indiscriminate figure. What did I miss out. I went to Edit then Choose a File put a photo file in and went to Submit but I'm still negligible.
Advice please. Heaven knows how I got the first one on. Must have been a fluke.

Maybe check the image size - new image might be too large. Maybe even check if the old image will load too - it might help with working out what the problem is.

Thank you John and Glenny (love you too) and Hal who came and sat beside me whilst I downsized - he likes me downsizing.
