Thala Beach Lodge

G'day everyone, been going through a bit of a dry spell with writing, work & preparing the house to sell has been foremost on my mind, though in saying that I was very pleased when I was invited to Thala Beach Lodge http://www.thalabeach.com.au/ (which included my wife) for 2 nights/3 days with ALL expenses covered & all I had to do was read some of my poems on the Sunday night & write a poem about the resort so they can post it on their site & blog, I have finished the poem & my friend & I are currently editing it, I'll see if I can post some piccy's but I've a feeling I'll need Mannies help.... 
BTW...the resort have bought 6 books outright to place in the shop & quite a number of people showed up to the reading where I sold 2 books direct to a Canadian & a American. I don't class myself as a 'performance' poet I like to have my audience listen to my words & not concentrate on what I'm doing bouncing around the stage....but that's me I spose!!...
