Award Winning Poetry

Post by Brenda Joy » Tue Oct 01, 2013 9:52 am

As you all know by now, I have collected up all the winning poems for this collection from 2008 to the current date. I've just sent this email off to contributors and the poems are now accessible to all.
GOOD NEWS DAY

Dear fellow poets,

If you go to the ABPA Homepage and click on to AWARD WINNING POETRY on the right hand side of the site, you will find....

YES - The first prize winning poems (for which permission has been gained to publish on this site) from ABPA and other Australian bush poetry competitions, or sections in competitions won by an ABPA member from 2008 up to the present, are appearing. :)

Manfred slaved over a hot computer yesterday and already all the 2008 poems are accessible and the 2009 poems are currently listed due to be put on today. The format adopted is simplified down and the poems are easily accessed listed by title.

Thank you to Manfred for putting these poems onto the site and to President Manfred and the ABPA Committee for allowing this collection to be published in this way.

Thank you also to all of you for giving your permission for your poetry to be shared through this outlet.

Best regards,
A very happy Brenda Joy :D

Just a note for Heather - your notice didn't get through. If you could send your new email address through to me that would be much appreciated.

Good on you Brenda that's a job very well done - Thank you to both you and Mannie for taking the time and trouble to set it up.

Great job in the collecting Brennie ... :)

The poet's listing for 2008 to 2012 is up and on the Index page ...
http://www.abpa.org.au/award-winning-poetry.html

2008 is complete. Unfortunately it's a time consuming process so
it will be another week or two before the remaining poems listed are up ...

In reply to some of the questions I'm getting re access to the poems - all I know is, when they turn greenish they're on. Manny is working on them.
