Lest We Forgot
October/November Magazine about to head to the printers with NOT ONE remembrance day poem. That is extremely sad and a poor reflection on our Association and our writers. But what more can I do, how loudly do I have to ask for submissions? Or have people simply forgotten Remembrance Day? Is it no longer a topic that we feel has a place with our Bush Poetry?
Very disappointing.

Re: Lest We Forgot
March/April of 2015 is not that far away. The media I guess will be crowded with Gallipoli references but perhaps we should start now for a remembrance project for next March/April. Can we come up with a fresh look and imaginative take on what will be a well worn topic.

Is it too late Neil? I've got a couple you can use if they are of use to you.
