Apparent Spam on our Forum

Hi Folks

I'm home again after six weeks on the road. We covered over 7000 km through NSW and Victoria and just put our toe over the border to SA. Wonderful trip, saw lots of scenery, heard lots of stories and experienced 4 seasons of weather! Poetry may be forthcoming ...

I notice there appear to be some spam posts on our Forum. I've let David our administrator know about it - so no doubt he will address the issue as soon as he can. In the interim please just ignore them.

Hi again

Update for your info - David has removed the dodgy posts, which occurred while the Forum had been briefly and temporarily opened to admit two new ABPA members. Doesn't take the spammers long to find us, does it??

Apparently they were located somewhere in Nigeria (despite two of the posts having a decidedly Russian appearance!) They created login accounts for themselves, which David has promptly deleted.

All is secure again now.
