BLONDE MOMENTS


I am always getting Emails about these ditzy blondes.
With brains like scrambled eggs and the clarity of ponds
It is with much deliberation that I wish to point out
that my blonde came from a bottle, but the grey now has won out.

I have a lot of trouble when my card I have to swipe
at the supermarket checkout - I do not take much delight
if asked to swipe my card for goods for which I need to pay
I stuff it up entirely by putting it in the wrong way

Sometimes when internet transactions are winning a race
I’m also prone to forget to put some info in place.
It’s not that I am stupid a good job I once held down
It just seems the brains elsewhere engaged these days when I’m around.

So if you know somebody perhaps blessed with blonde hair
Don’t presume that they are stupid; don’t throw hands up in despair
For you may in fact discover, they are clever in the head
But their internal PC’s malfunctioning, dispensing trivia instead.
