BABY BOOMERS
Age is such a bummer
I’d agree with that,
it’s the wealth of knowledge held
that really makes you fat.
As for all the wrinkles,
and those darn crow’s feet
too much smiling causes that –
they prove your life’s been sweet.
Droopy bits that dangle,
bum unfirm and saggy,
clothes that overnight got tight,
not quite as smart, not daggy.
Shoes that pinch you when you walk.
Limbs that gripe and groan.
It’s a bugger getting old –
but age we can’t postpone.

Re: BABY BOOMERS
I'm a baby boomer. Am I in there ?? I'm afraid so
p.s. with the exception that my clothes are daggy.
