Relaxing.

Post by Bob Pacey » Fri Oct 12, 2012 4:48 pm

Holidays

A warm October afternoon gentle breezes blow
Resting in my outside chair, drifting too and fro.
Chickens fossick in the yard of newly mowed lawn
Top knots on the feeder pick on wheat and corn.

The sky so blue, wisps of cloud, natures own sweet cheer
I close my weary eyes and sip a glass of ice cold beer.
A job well done I tell myself if I should be so bold
A hard days work, nothing beats a tasty XXXX gold.

The purpose in life is to have fun.
After you grasp that everything else seems insignificant !!!

I might even knock the top off a xxxx gold myself shortly Bob.
But I can assure you I won't be sitting in an outside chair down here today!
