Space Fever
I must go up into space again, to space, and the lonely moon,
And all I ask is a rocket ship that will blast me right up there real soon;
With a lox thrust and a cloud of dust, and the fuselage vibrating
And the timeless world of zero 'g' just patiently awaiting.
I must go up into space again, for that three-eyed Martian chick
With no wedding ring is a sexy thing, and I want to find her quick;
I see her in my mind's eye, a strange, unworldly vision,
And all I ask is a fast trip, with no asteroid collision.
I must go up into space again. These Earth girls aren't no fun.
We'll squeeze inside her Martian pod, and through the stars we'll run,
And all I ask is the simple joy that never is diminished,
And a slow drag on a Martian fag when the whole trick's finished.
