I hope things continue to go forward for you. If you can get a copy of Les Murray's little book Killing the Black Dog, ( try not to get put off by the modernist verse ) and you might find it interesting as an example of writing poetry as " therapy ". It's hard to get a copy, the local library might be able to get one in.
