...I just got back from Brissy!!
(for Ma's Day & my daughter's birthday...on the same day.) Now I'm scared to use brackets in case Zondrae catches me.

Yep Mausey, you picked it. Hard to believe eh? But before anyone dwells on the 'romance' of it...he heartily bragged to me how much he enjoyed manouvering all the other competitors into the corner....He has a rather 'military' outlook on life I'm afraid....
The purpose of my life is to serve as a warning to others.

Maureen nice, memories of our Mum n Dad are precious and making memories for your kids is good too.

I have danced with my Daughters and my Granddaughters, they tend to like waltzes specially the Pride of Erin a nice easy waltz with a bit of flair

A ballroom dancing medallist! That would have been fun and a lot of hard work though.

Nice one Maureen. My kids are all dancers, all of them
at one time have danced professionally, but me - no, but I think
dancing is a great social skill to have.

Great poem Maureen.

I don't remember if I have danced with my Dad - probably not, because he never took much time off work when we were kids.
However, I did do something everybit as good with him - we all went to polocrosse together. At one of the clubs, us kids used to play our games while the adults were having a break. Great times.

Glenny, yes, I can imagine Croc dancing - tell him we want to see some photos.
I used to go dancing at the dance school across the road while I was doing my nursing training - thoroughly enjoyed it, but have forgotten a lot of it now. Maybe when I retire.

Glenny, I remember your comments in another threads about exclamation marks - note I have taken them all out? I am bad at overusing them.
