Re: Blokes
Oh dear. It's very funny Heather & I had a good giggle. We're only joshing love....at the explicit word pictures...oooeeerk! & from such a 'lady'. (Neville knows wot I mean...

Marty - whatever!
Dennis - thanks
Glenny I've sent this one up to FNQ radio because I thought their audience might appreciate it. The presenter told me that she got told off by a listener once because she used the word "bloke" but put it to talk back and that's what the men wanted to be called. The original of this poem was written because the men on this forum objected to being called "guys" and said that they were "blokes". Couldn't help myself really
My follow up poem at the time was called "My Kinda Bloke". Might review that one too now!

Dennis - thanks

Re: Blokes
I've commented on the poem in the past, Heather.
I didn't say you did anything wrong, as Glenny has said... well you know.

Oh bonza Heather. It's an ideal poem for radio....& 'blokes' is goodo with me. (I cringe when I hear 'guys'). It was the 'horse & cart' that cracked me up because you are usually so elegant. You can't do anything 'wrong' here love.
