Poisoned Food

The professor swung into full stride
As his point he tried to make.
We have to change our habits
He cried for goodness sake.

The foods we eat these days he preached
Are not always the best
High fats can be disastrous
If we put them to the test.

Soft drinks corrode our stomachs
But we drink them just the same
And all those deep fried chips we eat
Oh its such a crying shame.

We eat burgers laced with grease and fat
Which we wash on down with beer.
Our stomachs reel from the assault.
Our lives we shorten year by year.

Chips and lollies, snacks and nuts
We devour them all with glee
Chinese foods another treat we eat
But its loaded up with M.S.G.

The water that we drinks not clean
Microbes at our insides chew.
No one knows the long term harm
Caused by that deadly brew.

But there's one food that we sometimes eat
That causes so much grief and tears
The suffering that it causes
Can go on for years and years

Is there any body here ? he asked
Who a guess at it would like to make.
Then an old man in the front row called
"I bet it's bloody Wedding Cake".

I can hear planes flying overhead as we speak.. fingers crossed.

If they stop flying I'll catch a later flight and spend extra time with Maureen!

Can't be that bad Bob, there's plenty go back for a second helping, maybe the icing looks better second time round!!!!!!!!
