Him in the shed has been well and truly stranded without his ute for nigh on a month.....

If I had a nice chrome bumper bar
and headlights out on show…
and my duco had no dents and bumps
suspensension tight and low…
and if I could pull a hundredweight
and lug a ton alright
and spring to action when he says
and instantly ignite…
If I could bring him ecstacy
by going at a ton
I might get patted on my rear
for a ‘bloody good job done’…
But here I sit abandoned
like a wreck dumped by the track,
‘cause I’m just his girlfriend; got no show
now he’s got his damned ute back!

If you can't beat them join them Glenny - go buy your own...next to my dogs my old Nissan Ute is the thing I am most passionate about these days

The Caddy Wagon was born in 1987 and just had her a birthday and today sports a brand new sticker for the next twelve months.

Mine has the old front and a three litre tray I got off a new model cause the old one sorta rusted out.
Still running ok.

Runs like a dream and cheap as chips to do so. Back is set up for camping and carrying the dogs with a whirlybird and scoop. CB radio never gets used these days. One pin spot of rust under the windscreen rubber and that's it.

I assume the scoop is for the dogs buisness ????
The kids keep telling me I've got no chance of picking up any stray stuff while I'm driving the ute but i reckon.
Love me love my ute !!!!
Anyway ya gotta be looking for strays if ya gonna pick them up hey.

I have an old ford ute, and I wouldn't be without it!!! She doesn't look like much, but she's mine - and has everything in it that I need when I head off somewhere!! Love sleeping in the swag in the back under that stars.
We needed to get another car recently to put a baby seat in, and the old man suggested getting rid of my ute (I note he didn't suggest getting rid of his landcruiser ute!!!) but that was never going to happen - so now we have three vehicles!!
Glenny - I totally understand where Croc is coming from !!!!!
