BINDI BIFFS CLINTON
It’s nice to see young Bindi as she walks the walk and talks the talk.
It might be Hilary Clinton in the fray.
Young Bindi did an interview, and submitted her thoughts
and stands strong over what she had to say.
Her words were harshly edited and the facts were removed
from her interview re animal habitation.
She chose to pull her essay out of Hilary’s e-journal;
this young lady has the guts to lead a nation.
Go Wild coming together was Hilary’s journal plan
to address endangered species on the earth
but when overpopulation young Bindi dared to broach
it seems then that her words contained no worth.
Stick to your guns young Bindi you’re an inspiration girl
and your fathers daughter you are – plain to see.
Fourteen years old and beautiful in spirit and in looks
a wildlife warrior, who cares most passionately .
So Bindi used an example so simple to extreme
and something even challenged folk would grasp.
She used a party as a pertinent analogy
we’ve seen how they go wrong and sat a gasp
watching on TV screens the hordes of uninvited teens
turning to mayhem someone’s Birthday celebration
with fights and violence, police en masse and neighbours traumatized
in streets in every State across our nation.
And if one has room for some, and food to feed that number
but more folk turn up – causing disarray.
We cannot call on miracles, recall the loaves and fishes,
so some folks must be simply turned away.
For were we to share what we had, then all there would be hungry
with little room for men to lay their head.
The world can feed and nurture some, but overpopulation
is the crisis facing Mother Earth, she said.
