THE PRINCE OF FROLIC.
I am the Prince of Frolic. Do you see my happy face?
Can you see the grin above my chin as for the ball I race?
Can you see me running, running, running, happy to be free?
I am the Prince of Frolic, wont you come and play with me.
Don’t you love the frosty mornings when the air is crisp and clean?
And the grass is stiff and crunchy; footprints show where we have been.
Don’t you love the open spaces with the blue sky up above?
Everywhere there’s trees and bushes. These are things that we dogs love.
Don’t you love to see the roos at rest beneath the Ironbark Trees?
Do you ever get the urge to chase to see them bounding free?
Don’t you love to see the cattle heading homeward through the mist?
Aren’t you glad you’re not a city dog? God what those poor dogs miss.
Yes I am the Prince of Frolic and these things to me are bliss.
Can’t imagine living anywhere would get better that this.
My needs in life are simple, my requests are very few.
A little work, a little play, tucker and time with you.
I’ll always stand beside you and protect you with my life.
So look upon me kindly, even when I am in strife.
I’ll give my love unstintingly to you on every day
I am the Prince of Frolic, grab the ball and come and play.

Re: THE PRINCE OF FROLIC
I am the prince of frolic - I love an old dead roo
or great big pats of cow dung - I'll roll in that stuff too.
I'm not sure what you're thinking when I stink of things like that,
but I'll still run right up to you and beg you for a pat!
...Sorry Maureen, I couldn't resist.

Re: THE PRINCE OF FROLIC
neither could any self respecting dog
they always think they are so much more appealing when they smell like that, the doggie version of Brut or Chanel and who are we to argue with that logic
