Mannie this is so sad. You have some bonza word pictures in here, and a refreshingly different structure....but I suspect this is a first draft? The poem's obvious potential deserves getting the Brasso out I reckon.

(I also reckon the rest of us are in too much of a hurry to read through what looks like a long, long poem....slackos...but I'm having a 'day off' today, so lucky you. )
