It's Too Hot

It’s Too Hot!
It’s too hot to talk. It’s too hot to think.
It’s too hot to eat. It’s too hot to drink.
It’s too hot to walk. It’s too hot to run.
It’s too hot for going outside in the sun.
It’s too hot to read. It’s too hot to write.
It’s too hot by day, and it’s too hot by night.
The sun’s rays keep beating down hard from above.
It’s too hot for spooning, too hot to make love.
It’s too hot to boil. It’s too hot to fry.
It’s too hot to live. It’s too hot to die.
It’s too hot to breathe. It’s too hot to sweat.
It’s the hottest of hottest of hottest days yet.
It’s too hot to swear. It’s too hot to pray.
It’s too hot by night. It’s too hot by day.
It’s too hot at dusk. It’s too hot at dawn.
It’s too hot for surfing that internet porn.
It’s too hot at midnight. It’s too hot at noon.
It’s too hot for sex, and it’s too hot to spoon.
Have I started repeating my “too hots”, or not?
It’s too hot for knowing exactly what’s what.
It’s too hot for rhyming, it’s too hot for song,
Too hot for debating what’s right and what’s wrong.
All of my plans, they are totally shot.
It’s too hot. It’s too hot. It’s too hot. IT’S TOO HOT!
